Interactions Based on our interactions with the service departments of both cards, we can say the representatives are patient and strive to offer the solutions and answers you need.
When we initially called American Express, the representative could not answer every question, so he asked us to wait for a callback. It took 2 days to come back with the itinerary and other specific things. It was annoying, though, but worth the wait as they provided detailed research and answered all the queries.
Even though the Chase service department was quick to respond, they lacked the details that we required somewhere. The representative was helpful by asking detailed questions about our travel needs, budget, and interests, but she failed to provide insightful information.

Our Verdict – Which Concierge Service is Better Between Amex and Chase? Amex has won our hearts. The team did proper digging and gave us great information.
